Items that are unscented, unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns and exchange will be accepted if the items are returned within 7 days of receipt (for both local & international orders). The shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer.
The refund will be credited as Store Credit only & can be used for future purchases.

Discounted/Sales items & purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable. Accessories including jewelry, bags & hair accessories are non-returnable too.
In case the purchased merchandise does not fit your size, please email us to exchange the item to another size which is subject to our stock availability. Size exchange is only allowed with the same design & valid for Normal Price items only.
All the merchandise sold at the discounted price is not exchangeable.
We allow exchanging merchandise bought at the normal price only.
